Criewen National Park Centre (Nationalparkhaus Criewen)

A large River Oder aquarium is waiting to be explored here along with an exhibition with 14 sections. Visitors are invited to experience and discover the fascinating river meadows of the Oder lowlands in the interactive hands-on exhibition.

Opened in the autumn of the year 2000, the National Park Centre has 13 exhibition sections with surprising installations offering an insight into the past, present and future of the fluvial topography. Visitors can take the initiative to go on a expedition of their own or they can ask for a guided tour through the exhibition by the Naturwacht rangers. They will then learn a lot of useful facts about the native flora and fauna, get tips on what to look out for, and find out about current developments in the National Park.
